We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Embassy Suites by Hilton Knoxville Downtown. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our hotel's financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily audits of hotel transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Verify the validity of all credit cards and process payments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Offer alternative solutions to guests when their demands cannot be met

Requirements:
