Job Summary

Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a highly motivated Antifreeze Sales and Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our antifreeze business at new and existing customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply sales strategies to grow CC's antifreeze business at new and existing customer sites.
  • Perform CC services at customer facilities, including handling of pump hoses, pumping of antifreeze containers, and operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle on a daily basis.
  • Pursue additional services with existing accounts and develop new customers.
  • Assess potential customer needs, present CC products and services to customers, and develop sales leads for Data-Marketing.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly, and maintain compliance with all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.
  • Achieve sales quotas for total revenue and new customer development.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have or be qualified to obtain and maintain a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and Med Card with Airbrake and HAZMAT.
  • Motor vehicle record (MVR) that meets or exceeds CC's published standards.
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment, including a respirator, steel toe boots, gloves, uniform, safety glasses, reflective vest, and hard hats.
  • Frequent lifting of standard hose from the ground to the tank weighing up to 40lbs.
  • Occasional climbing of company-approved step stool to access Anti-Freeze containers.
Work Environment

While performing essential duties of this position, an individual regularly works in a variety of environments, and is required to see, talk, hear, reach, stand, walk, drive frequently, and comfortably use electronic devices and other office equipment.

Essential duties require bending, squatting, climbing, lifting, and twisting frequently. Noise level in the workplace can vary based upon the work environment.
