About the Role

This is a PRN position, which means you will work on an as-needed basis. You will be responsible for assessing clients/patients/residents with various speech, language, cognitive, or swallowing problems and developing individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnoses. Your expertise will help individuals improve their communication skills, leading to a better quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct thorough assessments of clients/patients/residents to identify areas of need
* Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs and goals
* Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements

* Must be licensed in the state(s) of practice as Speech-Language Pathologist
* Holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence issued by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) or currently working on Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
* Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment

Compensation

The Good Samaritan Society offers a competitive salary range of $31.00 - $49.50 per hour, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and work/life balance benefits.
