Job Title: Lecturer in Human Nutrition

Clemson University's College of Agriculture, Forestry and Life Sciences is seeking a Lecturer in Human Nutrition to join our team.

About the Position

We are looking for a highly qualified individual to teach undergraduate nutrition classes and provide academic advising to students. The successful candidate will have a background in human nutrition or a related field and a preference for applicants with formal education and/or teaching experience.

Responsibilities
  • Teach undergraduate nutrition classes that fulfill departmental needs and are within the candidate's expertise area
  • Provide academic advising to students
  • Interact collegially and collaborate with faculty working in nutrition, food science, and packaging science
Qualifications
  • Doctorate or master's degree in nutrition or a related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • University level teaching experience
  • Experience with distance education
