The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering successful Procure-to-Pay SaaS implementations and related consulting services for our customers. Your primary focus will be on:

  • Designing and delivering a seamless customer onboarding experience using a Scrum-Fall methodology
  • Collaborating with customers and our internal team to strategize and coordinate project plans
  • Working closely with customer project managers and executive teams to understand their business needs and guide them in strategic decision-making
  • Establishing high-trust relationships with customers through project management and product knowledge
  • Developing project scope, plans, dependencies, and timelines for launch, incorporating various work streams
  • Influencing change within customers to drive adoption of best practices and successful implementation
  • Predicting and forecasting risk, and problem-solving through independent and collaborative work with internal and customer stakeholders
  • Meeting and exceeding quarterly targets and other business-defined objectives
  • Leading the implementation handover to Customer Success and Support
  • Utilizing Extropy's methodologies and best practices to manage ongoing system optimization engagements with customers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred)
  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success with SaaS products, particularly with implementation projects
  • Ability to lead tactical execution and strategic consulting, establishing trust and rapport with customers
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
