- Create new opportunities, schedule meetings, and present relevant products and services to clients.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating a strong work ethic and dedication to success.
- Prior sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- A successful history of meeting sales targets/quotas preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- A genuine passion for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks, recover from unexpected events, and achieve their goals
- Self-driven
- Detail-oriented
- The ability to create engaging presentations for potential clients
- A Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- A Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
