Role Responsibilities:

Our Project Managers play a vital role within our design teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, time management, and communication abilities to pursue, develop, and implement projects. This role offers opportunities to engage in a range of fish passage initiatives for both public entities and private clients, including:

  • Stream Assessments
  • Hydrologic and Hydraulic Analysis
  • Scour Analysis and Countermeasure Design
  • Streambed Stability Analysis
  • Large Woody Material Stability Assessments
  • Hydraulic Design Documentation
  • Permit Applications and Support
  • Technical Plans, Specifications, and Cost Estimates
  • FEMA No-Rise Analysis and Certification

General Project Management Tasks:

  • Overseeing and/or designing projects
  • Primary liaison with clients for project coordination and design
  • Supervising and guiding design engineers and drafters
  • Ensuring technical content and quality control
  • Establishing project fees and timelines
  • Monitoring project budgets and schedules to meet contractual obligations and profitability
  • Providing construction administration support
  • Communicating with design consultants, municipalities, contractors, and clients
  • Conducting site visits
