Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join our team at Partner Therapeutics. As a key member of our Quality Control department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products, while also leading and developing a team of quality control professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of quality control professionals to ensure the quality and integrity of our products.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality control metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to quality control professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a quality control or regulatory compliance role in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of quality control professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and protocols, including GMP and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field.
  • Experience with quality control software and systems, including LIMS and QMS.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FDA and EU regulations.
