Job Title: Commercial Restoration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Restoration Specialist to join our team at SERVPRO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing restoration services to commercial properties affected by water, fire, or other disasters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform restoration services to commercial properties, including water extraction, drying, and cleaning.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of damage to determine the best course of action for restoration.
  • Develop and implement restoration plans to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with customers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless restoration process.
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including pumps, generators, and cleaning machines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA and IICRC standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial restoration or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally and out of state as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • IICRC certifications preferred.
