Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a qualified Field Service Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute installation and maintenance of Kurt J. Lesker PVD systems at client locations.
2. Provide comprehensive training to clients both on-site and at our facilities regarding the operation and upkeep of equipment.
3. Conduct travel to customer sites for both warranty and service engagements.
4. Maintain professional interactions with clients and suppliers.
5. Propose and facilitate the sale of parts and services.
6. Document service activities and prepare reports related to customer engagements.
7. Offer technical assistance to clients through various communication channels.
8. Perform intricate electrical and mechanical adjustments and calibrations on equipment at our facility.
9. Coordinate customer acceptance testing visits at our site.
10. Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential new system orders.
11. Act as a liaison between clients and our application lab to address process challenges.
12. Work alongside engineering teams to resolve technical and assembly issues.
13. Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
14. Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a Technical or Mechanical field.
- Demonstrated experience in servicing industrial machinery, particularly in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a technical audience.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
