Position Details:

Role Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and coordinate activities to ensure FAA conformity, domestic aircraft certification, and foreign aircraft export certification.
- Manage schedules, liaise with FAA designees, QC Inspectors, and Supplier Agents, ensuring conformity documentation is complete and accurate according to company procedures.
- Compile, validate, and maintain documentation to support Quality Assurance and Document Control Departments.
- Collaborate with Quality, Production, and FAA Designee teams, without direct reports.
- Organize and lead meetings for Conformity and Validation projects.
- Review certification documentation for compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain inspection and build records.
- Develop and complete export compliance checklists in accordance with FAA standards.
- Schedule and follow up on conformity activities with QC Inspectors, Supplier Agents, and FAA Designees.
- Prepare FAA applications for U.S. Airworthiness Certificates.
- Input data into company databases, including aircraft maintenance records.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Essential Skills:
- Associate Degree in Aviation Business Administration, Aeronautics, or a related field, or a minimum of 2 years of FAA-related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Solid understanding of general office practices and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP and TeamCenter applications.
- Familiarity with FAA Conformity processes.
Work Environment:
- Standard office environment with occasional exposure to elevated temperatures and noise.
- Physical activities may include bending, stooping, squatting, and continuous walking.
