The Business Analyst II is a key member of our team, responsible for providing direct support to our Operations and development teams. This role involves working collaboratively with IT developers in each phase of the enhancement lifecycle for CCMS application improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to Operations and development teams
  • Collaborate with IT developers in each phase of the enhancement lifecycle
  • Assist in requirements gathering, quality testing, analysis, and detailed understanding of CCMS user-facing application functionality
  • Support business processes for data exchanges with Clients, vendors, and other outside entities
  • Act as point of contact on an as-needed basis for projects and vendor/client implementations
Requirements
  • Three (3) years of Business Analysis/Process or related experience
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Intermediate SQL and database skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
