Job Title: Senior Programmer Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programmer Analyst to join our team at Seneca Foods Corporation. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the development and support of enterprise applications using SAP ABAP programming language.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement custom software solutions using SAP ABAP
* Collaborate with IT managers and peers to establish positive working relationships across the organization
* Provide technical input and recommendations on specific software solutions
* Support business units by researching issues and questions to determine root cause and bring issue/question to resolution

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming language
* Knowledge of SAP integration technologies such as IDoc, RFC, and BAPI
* Familiarity with SAP enhancement techniques such as user exits and BADIs
* Understanding of SAP data dictionary and database concepts
* Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SAP programs
* Experience with SAP forms - SAP script, Smart Forms and Adobe Forms
* SAP configuration experience desired
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
* Ability to build positive working relationships across the organization, service oriented

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary range based on skills, abilities, and experience from $105k - $125k annual salary
