Job Summary

The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their shopping needs, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in finding products and providing recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are positive and respectful.
Store Operations:
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and merchandising products to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Support the sales floor team by restocking shelves, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to support store operations.
Other Essential Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Compensation Details
$16.00 Per Hour
