Job Overview

State Farm Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join our team at our Long Beach, WA agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.

As a successful Insurance Sales Agent, you will establish strong customer relationships, provide prompt and accurate service, and follow up with customers as needed. You will also be responsible for providing excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and being self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.

  • Develop leads and schedule appointments to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements:

  • Insurance Sales Experience/Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred.
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
  • Property & Casualty license.
  • Life & Health license.
