Job Summary

This role provides administrative support to the Sales Office, managing the move-in process for new residents and assisting the Community Relations Counselor with prospect processes. The successful candidate will report to the Community Relations Counselor.

Essential Functions
  • Manage creative follow-up campaigns at the direction of the Community Relations Counselor
  • Organize and maintain tickler systems and sales boards
  • Assist with tours and call-outs to prospects
  • Demonstrate knowledge of one-on-one sales strategy and implementation
  • Successfully obtain one-on-one discovery and participate in on-site tours, home visits, and creative prospect follow-up
  • Facilitate and coordinate move-in paperwork and transition of new residents
  • Maintain all departmental administrative duties
  • Assist with the completion and dissemination of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
Non-Essential Functions
  • Attend all required training, in-services, and staff meetings
  • Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, preservation of equipment, and achievement of safe working practices
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures of Spring Hills, LLC
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Some college education
  • One year or more of administrative experience
  • Efficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Work Environment

This role requires standing, walking, sitting, and using hands to finger, handle, or feel for extended periods. Lifting up to 10 pounds is required, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
