Job Title: Contents & Pack Out Team Lead

Join our team as a Contents & Pack Out Team Lead, responsible for overseeing the tracking and documentation of all aspects of contents handling and processing on a project. As a key member of our team, you will manage teams within the structure/project and audit documentation and reports, providing daily updates for the project file.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate all content inventory related activities for the commercial project.
  • Supervise the documentation of all content inventory within the structure.
  • Supervise individuals involved with content inventory.
  • Track the progress of all contents through the moving, cleaning or deodorization process.
  • Document all non-salvageable contents within the commercial project.
  • Report to the APM on the daily activities.
Requirements:
  • Must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to successfully fulfill the major duties and responsibilities above.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and work with other people.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate with others, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner.
  • Multi or Bi-lingual language skills are preferred but not required.
  • Intermediate problem-solving skills.
  • Detailed oriented with respect to the documentation of all contents.
  • Intermediate organizational skills.
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
  • Should attain the OSHA 30-Hour General Industry training certification.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals.
