Position Summary:

The Yardi Support Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Yardi platform utilized for Real Estate Holdings within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Management: Take ownership of all processes related to the Yardi platform.
  • User Administration: Manage user accounts, including the addition and removal of users, as well as permission management.
  • End User Support: Provide assistance to end users, including support for data imports.
  • System Administration: Maintain front-end system configurations, including the management of Import Maps, Import Profiles, Property Fields, and Item Classes.
  • Property Management: Handle system activities for onboarding new acquisition properties and offboarding dispositions.
  • Data Management: Assist in data collection and manage system queues for overdue data submissions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Yardi to troubleshoot system issues and implement enhancements.
  • Platform Advocacy: Champion the platform within the organization to encourage its adoption.
  • Data Insights: Support users in deriving insights from the platform's data and analytics.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with Yardi or MRI implementation.
  • Strong administrative experience with ETL processes.
  • At least 1 year in a system management or asset management role within a real estate context.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for working with systems and data.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence change.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and organized, with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Highly self-driven and results-oriented, capable of executing tasks efficiently.
Compensation:

Competitive salary of $70K plus bonus opportunities.
