Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic business objectives
  • Work closely with the AVP, Operations to develop and implement comprehensive training programs
  • Prepare training environments and materials, and schedule training sessions
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure users are provisioned in alignment with Welltower's segregation of duties and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
  • Provide support related to workflow optimization
  • Provide service consistent with Welltower's core values
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience working in real estate, finance, or technology
  • 3+ years' experience with Yardi Systems, preferably with a focus on property accounting
  • Preferred experience with Yardi products/modules, including Voyager, Payscan, eProcurement, Vendor Café, Fixed Assets, Commercial Management, Investment Accounting, Job Cost, Facility Manager, RentCafé Suite, Construction Manager, Utility Manager, and Pulse Insights
  • 3+ years' experience in technical troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Project Management and Technical Support experience
