Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support with a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the MS Office Suite to enhance productivity.
- Exhibit professionalism and strong customer service skills in all interactions.
- Oversee the management of office correspondence, ensuring timely delivery to relevant personnel.
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to organize employee engagement activities.
- Assist management with logistical arrangements for meetings and events.
- Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure the stockroom is organized.
- Verify and file employee documentation accurately.
- Support the Accounts Payable team with regular mail checks.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and rehires.
Compensation:
$22-23/hr
