Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support with a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the MS Office Suite to enhance productivity.
  • Exhibit professionalism and strong customer service skills in all interactions.
  • Oversee the management of office correspondence, ensuring timely delivery to relevant personnel.
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to organize employee engagement activities.
  • Assist management with logistical arrangements for meetings and events.
  • Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure the stockroom is organized.
  • Verify and file employee documentation accurately.
  • Support the Accounts Payable team with regular mail checks.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and rehires.

Compensation:
$22-23/hr
