Job Responsibilities

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning. You will also communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional service needs.

You will provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs and execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. You will also be responsible for testing vehicles and components, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Service Technician experience required
  • A level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
  • Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications
  • Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
