About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team at Mercedes Benz of Orange Park. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers' vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on Mercedes Benz vehicles, adhering to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to ensure that all necessary repairs are completed and that customers are informed of any additional work required.
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Service Technician, with a strong background in Mercedes Benz vehicles.
  • A level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology and repair procedures.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
