Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Abrazo Health Network. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care in our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU).

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to other healthcare employees, utilizing independent judgment to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in hourly rounding and observe safety guidelines and safe work practices.
  • May be asked to assume charge responsibilities for a shift or period.
Requirements
  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
  • CPR certification.
  • ACLS certification, as applicable by facility or department.
  • Minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience, including neonatal ventilator experience.
  • Preferred experience in acute care, with certification in specialty area of practice.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN degree.
  • 1 year of acute care experience.
  • Certification in specialty area of practice.
