Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Reporting Associate to join our Principal Asset Management Operations Reporting team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading monthly/quarterly reporting cycles, including production and sample testing scheduling. You will partner with global internal teams to deliver high-quality and accurate reports to our clients.

Key Tasks
  • Lead the monthly/quarterly production of OCIO client reports in automated client reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Onboard new OCIO clients, partnering with client-facing teams and business teams to understand onboarding requirements and ensure proper setup and implementation of the client in the reporting system.
  • Assist the Associate Director with key project deliverables, including redesigning factsheets/client reports, coordinating meetings, and facilitating project discussions.
  • Assist with client reporting and factsheet production as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance, Math, Engineering, or Technology.
  • 2+ years of business experience in Client Reporting, with Asset Management experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, PDF, and Excel skills.
  • Understanding of database structures and experience with Power BI and writing/editing macros.
  • Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver accurate data.
  • Self-starting, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of Vermilion is a plus.
  • Experience with Morningstar or Bloomberg data structure.
