  • Review checks and confirm details for precision
  • Facilitate various transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and wire requests
  • Handle cash, coins, and checks, preparing them for deposit
  • Process savings bond redemptions and manage member check requests
  • Assist members with account management and the opening/closing of accounts
  • Accurately document transactions and reconcile cash and check activities on a daily basis
  • Maintain appropriate cash levels and controls while promoting Credit Union products
  • Support colleagues, resolve issues, and address member concerns
  • Exhibit professionalism, reliability, and a positive demeanor

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Self-motivated individual with strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication abilities and attention to detail
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and familiarity with industry regulations
