The Role

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of properties. The properties span various commercial real estate sectors and will require hands-on involvement in operations, strategy execution, and value enhancement initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to engage in the full asset management cycle, from pre-acquisition due diligence through to disposition, while also contributing to process development and platform growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support pre-acquisition due diligence, overseeing third-party reports, property managers, and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and execute value enhancement strategies, including repositioning, rebranding, creative marketing, and capital improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with property management and leasing professionals to ensure properties are well-managed and positioned for success.
  • Conduct financial analyses, prepare and review budgets, and recommend actions to optimize asset performance.
  • Partner with local brokers, consultants, and contractors to drive leasing, capital projects, and disposition efforts.
  • Conduct market research and prepare strategic recommendations regarding the hold/sell decision-making process.
  • Lead efforts to market properties for disposition, partnering with brokers and overseeing buyer selection processes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate asset management.
  • Experience across multiple asset classes.
  • Strong financial acumen, with proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and lease analysis.
