About the Role

Fairview Park Hospital is seeking a dedicated Medical Technologist to join our team. As a Medical Technologist, you will play a critical role in the accurate and timely performance of laboratory tests, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide quality control guidance and preventive maintenance of equipment
  • Collect and process specimens for testing
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure smooth laboratory operations

Requirements

  • NCA Certified Lab Specialist, or Medical Lab Scientist, or Certified Lab Assistant, or Clinical Laboratory Technologist, or Clinical Laboratory Scientist, or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), or Medical Technologist
  • Prior experience in the hospital setting is preferred
