Job Summary:

As a CDL Driver for TransForce, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of materials to our customers. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver products and materials to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Load and unload materials from the vehicle, using proper lifting techniques to avoid injury.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any issues encountered during the delivery process.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and other team members to ensure seamless delivery operations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve driving skills and knowledge of company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL Class A or B license.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a commercial driver.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
