About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve restaurant operations, including inventory management, labor control, and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct new hire orientation and training programs to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed

Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED, College or University Degree preferred
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
  • Basic personal computer literacy
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of people development and a positive attitude
  • Must be at least 21 years old, pass background check criteria and drug test, and have reliable transportation
