Job Description:
As a Title Escrow Associate at Lenders Title Company, you will play a vital role in facilitating real estate transactions by assisting with the title and escrow process. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues will contribute to the smooth execution of property transfers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Document Preparation:
    • Review escrow contracts for accuracy.
    • Enter title orders into our computer system.
    • Collect essential documentation required for the escrow process.
    • Clear title and assist with issuing title policies.
  2. Client Coordination:
    • Coordinate with clients and external parties throughout the escrow process.
    • Schedule closings with selling and buying parties, title agents, and other stakeholders.
    • Provide support to the escrow officer as needed.
  3. File Management:
    • Open and close escrow files efficiently.
    • Prepare documents for recording and disbursement.
    • Order payoffs and title reports as necessary.
    • Maintain communication with clients regarding file status.
  4. Financial Transactions:
    • Manage deposits related to escrow accounts.
    • Assist with fund disbursement upon successful closing.
    • Verify appropriate title premiums and recording fees before disbursement.


Requirements:
  • Previous experience: Proven work experience as an Escrow Assistant or similar role.
  • Industry knowledge: Familiarity with real estate, title, and escrow processes.
  • Administrative skills: Good organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Customer service orientation: Ability to interact professionally with clients.
  • Confidentiality: Discretion in handling sensitive information.
