Key Responsibilities:
  • Part programming of CNC Machine Tools
  • Process development and customer training
  • Conducting pre-sale activities and reviews, including customer visits and machine assessments
  • Making accurate cost estimates and writing engineering reports
  • Programming and setting up CNC lathes and mills
  • Developing and implementing custom demonstrations and training customers
  • Maintaining an in-depth technical knowledge of product lines
Requirements:
  • Strong hands-on machining background with at least 3 years of experience with CNC machines
  • Knowledge of HAAS controls and builder or distributor experience
  • Solid working knowledge of CAD/CAM software
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Frequent travel throughout our regional territory
