CNC Milling Specialist

The Tooling Zone, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Mill Machinist, you will be responsible for performing machining and in-process inspection tasks as outlined by shop paperwork, process documentation, engineering drawings, and quality requirements.

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce high-precision parts.
• Conduct first-article inspections to ensure dimensions and tolerances meet specifications.
• Use inspection measuring instruments such as fixed gauges, calipers, and micrometers to verify part quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area, and perform periodic maintenance on equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 5 years of experience in machining and CNC operations (preferred).

• Competitive hourly rate: $20-$30 per hour.
• 40-55 hours of work per week.
