Job Summary

CQ Partners is seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for managing the front office and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Scheduling: Handle patient calls, manage schedules, and track daily scheduling metrics.
  • Communication: Contact patients to confirm appointments, greet patients upon arrival, and provide top-notch customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain patient records, type correspondence for doctors, and manage daily operations of the practice.
  • Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred. 2 years front office experience, preferably in a medical setting. Computer literate in all Microsoft Office programs.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to handle heavy phone work and provide top-notch service.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility: Must be flexible and adaptable to changing environments.
