About the Role:
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team at Della Infotech is responsible for ensuring the secure and efficient management of identities and access rights within our organization. As an IAM Administrator II, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our identity management systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage access rights and permissions for state applications, systems, and resources while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform research and analysis to identify and resolve duplicate account issues.
- Support the development team with ticket backlog management for accounts that require further verification or have incorrect data.
- Collaborate with the IAM team to ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements related to identity management.
- Attend team meetings to stay up-to-date with system changes, process updates, and impacts on identity management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience with Identity and Access Management and the operation of identity and access processes and controls for Active Directory, Email, and Collaboration Platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, conceptual thinking, and process engineering abilities.
- Ability to provide customer service in a professional manner to frustrated customers.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Safeguard, Identity Manager, and Password Self-Service, as well as knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as Information Security Policies - Statewide and CISPs.
