Homeless Support Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Homeless Support Specialist to join our team at Ascend Nonprofit Solutions. This individual will work closely with clients to ensure they have access to stable housing and supportive services.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field; or graduation from a four-year college and 3 years of experience in a related human services field demonstrating techniques of casework or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Two years of case management experience in a non-profit setting working with homeless or impoverished populations.
- Ability to work independently and think critically required. Active listening and the ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
