Behavioral Health Therapist

Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Counselor to join our team. As a core member of our medical team, you will provide comprehensive mental health care services in a primary care setting, promoting autonomy and self-management for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans to address patients' mental health needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and provide educational interventions to patients and their families.
- Provide individual, family, or group therapy sessions to assist patients in adjusting to life changes and making positive lifestyle modifications.
- Track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications.
- Participate in regular caseload consultation and complex case review meetings to ensure optimal patient care.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in counseling or a related field.
- Relevant experience in behavioral health care.
- BLS certification.
- Ability to travel in assigned region.
