Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Under the direction of the Radiology Shift Coordinator, this Nuclear Medicine Technologist will perform a variety of nuclear studies and diagnostic procedures utilizing radionuclide materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of radioactive materials and the ability to input and retrieve data from computers.
Responsibilities:
• Perform nuclear studies and diagnostic procedures utilizing radionuclide materials
• Input and retrieve data from computers
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and test results
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
Requirements:
• CNMT, ARRT NM, or NMTCB registration
• EKG certification
• BLS certification
• Graduation from an AMA-approved school of nuclear medicine
• One to three years of experience in nuclear medicine preferred
