Position Overview:
Adecco Permanent Recruitment is collaborating with a prominent global manufacturing organization to seek an experienced Electrical Engineer. This role is crucial for overseeing the electrical systems within a manufacturing environment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the electrical infrastructure across the manufacturing facility, prioritizing efficiency, safety, and reliability.
  • Direct Preventive Maintenance initiatives and oversee PM systems to maintain compliance with industry regulations.
  • Identify potential weaknesses in the electrical framework and propose effective solutions.
  • Supervise maintenance of substations, coordinate equipment relocations, and facilitate new installations to support operational expansion.
  • Provide expert technical support to diagnose and resolve unexpected electrical issues.
  • Assist in plant projects by offering electrical insights and support for equipment setups.
  • Ensure all technical documentation is current and facilitate clear communication regarding modifications to the electrical systems.
  • Deliver ongoing electrical safety training and ensure adherence to OSHA and NFPA standards among employees.
  • Analyze power consumption data to uncover opportunities for energy efficiency, cost savings, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering or a comparable engineering position.
  • Familiarity with AutoCad, SAP, and MRP systems is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $95,000 to $100,000, plus performance bonuses.
