- Uphold security protocols and implement necessary security updates.
- Administer the user security framework across the utilized tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to diagnose and resolve technical challenges.
- Liaise with vendors to manage support inquiries.
- Oversee the deployment of reporting components across various environments.
- Create and sustain scripts to enhance administrative efficiency.
- Commit to assigned project timelines, demonstrating a readiness to complete tasks within budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate efforts with project managers, team members, and developers.
- Integrate third-party solutions with existing Single Sign-On (SSO) frameworks.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, providing round-the-clock support.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in AWS services (S3, RDS).
- Extensive experience with Linux/UNIX systems (5+ years).
- Skilled in scripting languages, particularly Bash and Python.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (basic queries and administration).
- Understanding of SAML, OID, Kerberos, LDAP, and their roles in SSO solutions.
- Capability to collaborate with development teams and vendors to address infrastructure-related challenges.
- Comprehension of database architecture.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
