Job Summary

Highland Hospital is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Family Medicine team in Webster. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Registered Nurses and Physicians to provide exceptional patient care
• Guide patients through the appointment process and provide nursing services during care
• Participate in care planning discussions and triage emergent care situations
• Maintain the flow of the Provider schedule to minimize patient wait time

Requirements

• Current LPN licensure in NY State
• Minimum one year of LPN experience
• Outpatient primary care and/or pediatric experience preferred
• Current American Heart Association CPR and AED certification
• Successful completion of medication administration proficiency exam
