Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Controls Engineer to join our team at SSOE. As a Controls Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our growing client base and contributing to the success of our manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement control systems for manufacturing processes
  • Design and implement PLC and HMI programming
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems with other manufacturing systems
  • Perform routine engineering tasks and apply engineering fundamentals to solve problems
  • Travel to client sites as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a focus on controls or a related field
  • Experience in consulting or manufacturing environments, with a focus on controls engineering
  • Proficiency in PLC and HMI programming, as well as experience with Allen Bradley, Ignition, or Wonderware
  • Good computer and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
