Job Title: Procedure Room Medical Assistant

CSV-ALDON B. WILLIAMS, MDPA is seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team in the Procedure Room. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience and strong skills in patient preparation, medication handling, and equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with patient preparation and transport to recovery.
  • Operate the C-Arm, fluoroscopy machine, radio frequency machine, and ultrasound.
  • Enter procedure room notes and follow-up notes in our electronic medical records system.
  • Order medications and supplies as needed.
  • Assist with patient recovery and maintain a clean and organized procedure room.
Requirements:
  • Minimum high school diploma with some college or post-secondary education preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess knowledge of medication used in pain management procedures.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn eMD technology.
  • Ability to work under pressure with professionalism and provide excellent customer service.
