Electrical Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our electrical engineering department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and optimization of electrical systems and products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for managing a team of senior and junior electrical engineers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for electrical engineering initiatives
  • Oversee the design, development, and optimization of electrical systems and products
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong technical background in electrical engineering
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
