Job Overview

Estimated Salary: $45,000 per yearJob Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors in a welcoming manner, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the reception area and common spaces.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, email management, and document preparation.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and scheduling software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Outlook, Excel, and other productivity tools.
