Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Cheerleading Coach to join our team at Elevo. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading our youth cheerleading program and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging cheerleading programs for students of all skill levels
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of coaches and instructors to support program delivery
  • Collaborate with our education team to integrate our social-emotional learning (SEL) and physical education (PE) curriculum into our cheerleading programs
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations, including COVID-19 protocols
  • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and school staff to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, or child development
  • Proven track record of success in leading and developing youth programs
  • Strong knowledge of cheerleading techniques and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 18 years of age
