Job Description

Elevo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Cheerleading Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for leading our youth cheerleading program, developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, and creating a safe and supportive learning environment for our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote social-emotional learning and physical activity
  • Lead and facilitate games and activities with students, ensuring a safe and supportive environment
  • Supervise and manage student behavior, using positive reinforcement and redirection techniques
  • Communicate effectively with guardians and school staff, providing regular updates and feedback
  • Collaborate with other Coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective program

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, or child development
  • Cheerleading experience and certification
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 18 years of age
