Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Approach and greet customers, offering assistance and direction as needed.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and applications to prospects.
  • Describe optional equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Build strong rapport with customers and perform high-quality sales presentations.
  • Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and follow company standards.
  • Report to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, and analysis.
  • Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a prospect development system and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Previous dealership experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Comfortable with commission-based sales.
  • Enthusiastic and high-energy throughout the sales workday.
  • Outgoing and friendly personality, especially when handling objections and negotiating pricing.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Internet, email, and computer literate.
  • Professional personal appearance and a clean, valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED.
