Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse Dayshift Position at Arbor Wellness LLC is responsible for providing care to clients. This includes administering medication, taking vitals, and assessing medical needs. The ideal candidate will have current unrestricted licensure in TN as an LPN and be able to work with both chemically dependent and individuals in psychiatric care in a non-judgmental, compassionate fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as per provider protocol
• Assist with client admissions and discharges
• Record client observations and report to the medical team as needed
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment
• Attend staff trainings and meetings as required

Requirements:

• Current unrestricted licensure in TN as an LPN
• Ability to work with both chemically dependent and individuals in psychiatric care in a non-judgmental, compassionate fashion
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with other staff as well as with referral sources
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions from a wide variety of data and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
