Sun River Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at our Brentwood site. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our medical staff in delivering comprehensive primary and preventive health services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Render nursing care to patients, within the unit of the Center or authorized community site, in support of medical care as directed by the medical staff and pursuant to the objectives and policies of the Center.
  • Perform in-house labs, collect specimens for outside labs, and perform quality control in accordance with organizational protocols.
  • Complete and update all assigned tasks & logs, and initiate follow-up as necessary (as directed by provider).
  • Provide health teaching as indicated by physician, diagnosis, and/or inquires by patient, and direct patients to Registered Nurses as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Valid New York State LPN License
  • CPR Certification
  • Infection Control Certification
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Preferred: Vocational/Technical School/Diploma Program - Nursing

Hourly Range: $33.00/hour
