Key Responsibilities:

Reporting and Analysis:

Compile and evaluate financial data using proprietary business intelligence platforms.

Ensure data integrity and uncover trends.

Develop reports utilizing a mix of SAP Business Objects, SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), Power BI, Salesforce, and Azure Databricks.

Create tailored reports for specific departments and extract valuable insights from data mining queries.

Maintain existing reports and assist in the automation of additional reports as directed by management.

Identify requirements for new reports through consultations with stakeholders.

Ascertain available data and determine its inclusion in reports.

Special Projects and Documentation:

Engage in special projects by:

Preparing documentation for data accuracy, data dictionaries, and version control.

Executing and assessing processes, and suggesting enhancements.

Drafting narrative reports that encompass project scope, activities undertaken, findings, and recommendations.

Documenting new procedures for software implementations.

Backup Support:

Act as a backup for the Risk Management Team in process enhancements and reporting.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficient in Excel, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Expertise in various programs for efficient data retrieval.

Advanced understanding of SQL programming.

Familiarity with data mining tools, including Azure Databricks, Python, and Power BI.

Adept at analyzing complex technical data using logical and quantitative reasoning.

Effective time management skills.

Ability to perceive different dimensions of business and financial challenges, making sense of complex issues while remaining adaptable to change.

Capable of simplifying complex tasks and datasets into clear results.

Skilled in validating results for accuracy within complex datasets.

Utilizes a systematic approach to problem-solving.

Recognizes the need for action and initiates activities to address it.

Distinguishes between significant and insignificant details.

Strong oral and written communication skills to discuss a variety of job-related topics and effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

A minimum of two years of experience in financial analysis and reporting or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to fulfill the essential functions of the role.

A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business intelligence, or a related field is required.
